Different Types

There are many different types of analgesics. The most common are:
  1. Codeine (Narcotic analgesic).
  2. Morphine (Narcotic analgesic).
  3. Methadone (Narcotic analgesic).
  4. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen analgesic).
  5. Aspirin (Non-steroidal inflammatory analgesic).
  6. Combination products that may contain aspirin or paracetamol and a substance called codeine.
